PHOTOS: Adriana Lima stuns at Victorias Secret Fashion Show two months after giving birth

Hard work really pays off! Adriana Lima made an astonishing return to the runway eight weeks after giving birth to her second daughter, Sienna, on Sept. 12.

The 31-year-old bombshell showed off her post-baby body in the Victorias Secret Fashion Show last night wearing the lingerie brands trademark lacey and revealing undergarments.

Getting runway ready wasnt easy the model often posted photos of herself on her Twitter after workouts dripping with sweat. She reportedly followed a strict high-protein, low-carb diet and religiously hit the gym leading up to the show.

Lima tweeted -- "My last workout yesterday@Michaelolajide1toke a great shot, don't u think? "

"It's not really the amount of time you spend working out, it's the intensity. I jump rope, I do boxing, I lift weights, but I get bored doing that. If I am not moving I get bored very easily," Lima told the Telegraph. "[My workouts are] really intense.

Lima ! wasnt the only hot mama to walk the annual show. Fellow Angel Lily Aldridge gave birth to daughter Dixie five months ago and Alessandra Ambrosio welcomed her second child, son Noah, back in May. Australian model Miranda Kerr is mom to Flynn, who was born last January.
